| This really is sad but we can't stop laughing. The Village doesn't really have a Planning or Zoning Board. It's what any reasonable person calls a conflict of interest because they consider themselves to be the chief, cook, and bottle washer. |
| If you want a Building Plan or Zoning change you will meet in secrecy with the King Toady himself, and if you kiss his warted hand your wish may be granted. Don't worry though, King Toady doesn't kiss and tell and he doesn't keep any records of the secret meetings either. |
